You will need a government issued ID (Driver’s License or Military ID) to reenter the US for all persons 19 and over. Those eighteen and younger will need a birth certificate. No pets are allowed and you must be at least 25 years old to rent at Las Palomas. This is a non-smoking condominium. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM..
Renters Beware:
Renters Beware: Make Certain That You Either Rent Directly From The Resort Or From An Owner Who Is A Participant In The Rental Pool With A Condo Approved For Rental By The Resort. If You Rent From An Owner As A 'Guest Of Owner' The Resort Does Not Consider You As A 'Paying Guest' Of The Resort. As Such, You Will Not Receive All The Resort Services Such As Maid Service, Use Of The Kid's Club, Concierge Service, Room Service, Or The Ability To Set Up An Account & Charge At The Resort Bars And Restaurants. You Will Not Be Authorized To Receive 24/7 Front Desk Assistance If You Have A Problem With The Appliances, Internet, Telephone, Air Conditioning Or Experience A Problem With Your Door Key. If Any Problem Occurs In The Suite That Requires You To Move, The Resort Will Not Move You Unless You Pay For Another Unit And One Is Available. You Also Cannot Be Assured Of The Quality Of The Unit, Since That Unit More Than Likely Has Not Been Approved By The Resort Or Met The Resort's Standards.
