Gulf front family vacation town home located directly on the beach. Walk out your back door on to the sugar-white sands on the beach. The huge balcony spans the length of the town home and has a grill/smoker and outside hot and cold shower. The living room area and kitchen are large and is a great place for all to gather. There is a 50 inch flat screen TV in the living area and TVs and DVDs in all bedrooms. Master suite has large bath with Italian tile and marble counter tops and private sun balcony. Garage parking for four vehicles.

New outdoor furniture on main balcony and two lounge chairs on private master suite balcony.

There are many things to do for all generations of your family.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is perfect for a family vacation or a girls getaway! The condo is very nicely furnished and decorated and is very spacious, so plenty of room for 10 people. Two awesome decks overlooking the beautiful white sand and blue water! And the best part is you are right on the beach, walk down the stairs and you are stepping on sand! I would definitely stay here again!

A group of friends who grew up going to camp together met up here. And we had a great time! It was really nice to not have to put on shoes to walk out onto the beach. The unit was in great condition, and we had plenty of space to be with each other, but also to be be separate when needed. The kitchen was open and had most everything we needed. Great time, great space, great friends.

This place was everything you see in the pictures and more. We were in town for the week for our daughters college softball games on spring break, more than enough room for all of us. We even had the team come out for dinner and pictures out on the beach one night, a big THANK YOU to Kare for allowing us to do that! The condo is less than 3 miles from all the stores and resturants which was nice to get away from on the weekends especially for some quiet time. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future.

The property is wonderful and exactly as described. The entire rental was very clean. We had a great time using the kitchen to cook a Christmas dinner for 8. The open concept made it very easy for our group to chat, play games and watch the cook. The direct beach access was enjoyed by everyone. A plus was having wireless. We would rent this property again and recommend it.
