This home is craftsman style. It was designed by a famous Ventura architect and builder. It has high ceilings, open living spaces, and overlooks the ocean from the kitchen, diningroom, balcony, and two master bedroom balconies. You can literally walk out the security gated entrance and enter immediately to all that Ventura has to offer. Restaurants, theaters, (live and cinematic), antique shops, gift shops, clothing stores, book stores, and of course the ocean. You really don't have to get into your car unless you want to. If you want, you can park inside the gated entrance, or there is street parking next to the home. Adults, and accompanied youths can use the 6 person jacuzzi. Previous guests have enjoyed day trips to Ojai, Solvang, Wine Country, Chumash Casino. There are bike paths that run along the ocean, or take you to Ojai. Public golf courses are also nearby. We have one that is a links course, and one that is a more refined tree-lined course. Washer Dryer included

Golf: We have two great local courses. One is Olivas Links Golf Course, and is about 10 minutes away. This course is listed as one of the top 10 public courses in the country. The second is Buenaventura Golf Course, and is about 15 minutes away. There are two courses in Ojai that are about 20 minutes away. They are Soule Park, and Ojai Valley Golf course. All these are public courses.
