We are currently renting for the fall foliage season and the upcoming ski season. We would ideally like to rent the upper portion of the chalet for the entire season, but are open to other arrangements. We have had the same tenant for the last 10 years who rented 3/4 season, giving us 4 weekends back for the owner to use. Of course the price would be discounted to reflect this arrangement.
