Within 1 mile is the scenic 27 hole Cocoa Beach Country club on the Banana River for golf or tennis. We can also recommend local fishing guides for river and Deep Sea fishing and manatee/dolphin kayak and boat trips.

This place was amazing, the view from the balcony was awesome. The kids loved the beach toys and toys in closet. much needed after a week of disney. thank you for sharing your home with us. will definitly stay again

Best spot in the village?

The good news is the condo is exactly as the pictures....very beautiful and one of the nicest places I've stayed in. The bad news is the location is not the best spot. You are right next door to the public beach, and on weekends there are a lot of people. We happened to be there on a Spring break, and there were a lot of drunk kids with no bathroom and they were urinating 3 feet from us. Another problem is there is a live band that plays next door to the condo and I had ear plugs in and the pillow over my head, and still heard the music. The music stops at 11:00, so it doesn't last forever, but was enough to make me never want to visit this complex again.

A piece of heaven!!

We arrived in Florida when they were having frost! (apparently the first for 100 years!!!) Great we thought....but nothing else mattered as soon as we walked into this apartment! It is gorgeous, a home away from home with everything you need. The owners have thought of everything! This was especially important as we were travelling with a 9yr old and a 6 month old. We couldn't have asked for more...that first morning when the baby woke at 5am didnt matter as I watched the sunrise, it was beautiful!
I am so happy that I spent months researching apartments and finally found this one it made our holiday exceptional and certainly one to remember. So if your looking for a apartment and you've come across this one...STOP LOOKING you've found the perfect place! There are great places to eat (the chinese opposite and the boston grill for breakfast), the beach is amazing, the underground parking is a real bonus and the secure building is comforting. We will definitely be back!

Fall Break 2009

We stayed at this great condo in October, 2009 during Fall Break. We had never rented a condo before.....this is much better than a hotel room. Lots of places to eat within walking distance (loved the binder of suggestions). Can't beat the sunrise outside the balcony every morning!

Will defnitely look for this one again when visiting Florida!

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach

We vacation in Cocoa Beach every year and this is by far the best condo inside and out. Stunning views from the balcony, master bedroom and living area. The condo has a great beach decor with all the conforts of home. The pool and underground parking were a plus. We vacationed with teenagers and they had plenty to do within walking distance. The beach was great with nearby lifeguards. We will be back!
