Fully stocked Gourmet kitchen, spiral staircase, atrium, wrap-around deck, three upstairs bedrooms plus a separate downstairs room and bath, and a large master bath with washer/dryer, and gigantic shower are among the many amenities. Centrally located between Corpus Christi & Rockport, you are within 30 minutes of the numerous Texas Gulf Coast attractions: deep-sea, bay or fly fish, scuba, view the S. Texas. Botanical Gardens, tour the historic USS Lexington, attend the Rockport Center for the Arts classes, kayak/canoe, catch a Hooks game, take the Whooping Crane tour, beach-comb and body surf, visit the Texas State Aquarium, bird watch at the sanctuary, gamble on the Texas Treasure, cheer at the Greyhound Track -- or merely lie back and relax at our comfortable home.

Bahia Marina is directly across the canal from our boat slips, and to the right is Corpus Christi Bay. Several islands are nearby with kayak or canoe rental just around the corner. Fishing right off our dock - wade fishing accessed via the next door vacant lot.
