We welcome you to our light, spacious 1300 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo equipped with everything you will need to make your mountain experience the trip of a lifetime! Due to its corner location with large picture windows, our Tannenbaum II condo provides a most serene view of spectacular pine trees accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Blue River. We are located only a short, 6 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school as well as Breckenridge’s charming Main Street with its many interesting shops, galleries, and fabulous dining. A swimming pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs are just a short, 100 yard stroll away. You will find easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails, performing arts center and all that Breckenridge has to offer all year long.
Lots of amenities are included to enhance your mountain stay: gas fireplace, upscale furnishings including 3 flat screen HDTVs (one is a 37 inch with DVR), cable and wireless internet, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, & access to a large picnic area. An elevator makes unloading luggage, groceries, and skis & boards an easy task. Parking is provided for two cars (one is covered), and permits are required.
Bedrooms are oversized to easily accommodate 8 guests. The large master bedroom has a king bed plus daybed and sitting area as well as a private bath. The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds plus a daybed and private bath. A third full bath is located just off the great room for your convenience.
Because we are always mindful that you will be making your selection of accommodations from among many available properties, we simply ask that you read the reviews that have been left by our guests over the past years. We feel that there is no better advertisement than a satisfied customer.

We are retired with three children, eight grandchildren and two granddogs. We love to golf, read, travel and most of all we enjoy spending time with our family.

We have been visiting the Colorado mountains since the '80s with our children. We love Breckenridge both winter and summer. Living in Texas, we love having a cool place to visit in the summers. We are a family of skiers, and there is no better place to ski than Breckenridge.
You have a well appointed condominium: a) comfortable as if at home; b) updated; c) great sleeping arrangements; c) plenty of bathrooms/showers; d) my wife loved the washer/dryer; e) functional ski storage; f) proximity to slopes and town.
I am wary to write a review - this will increase pool of interested parties and decrease our chance of obtaining in future. :)
Beautiful view from the dining room especially after a fresh snow. Nice condo with a well stocked kitchen, wonderful fireplace, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Love the keyless entry. Covered parking spot is tight for SUV. Condo is in a good location. Easy walk to town and the lift.
This is the third year we have rented this condo and each experience has been remarkable. The location is perfect. You can walk to lift or into town if you choose or take the shuttle. The property is always clean and well maintained. The owner, Larry, is a pleasure to work with each time and refunds your security deposit promptly. We will rent from him again next year when we return for a fourth stay!
We especially enjoyed the 3 separate entrances to the condo as it allowed us to keep our wet shoes out of the living area. We took full advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Our son is an aspiring chef, currently in culinary school and as a result we ate "in" all but 1 night. We also liked the 3 separate bathrooms. The living area was spacious and allowed us to relax comfortably after skiing. Our only complaint would be the noise from the stairwell that is adjacent to the master bedroom. Apparently we came during "college week" and we could here loud footsteps up and down the stairwell throughout the night.
Very happy with the property. Seemed quite clean, had everything we needed, was close to the ski slopes which was great for us! Will definitely be coming back to this location!
This condo was everything it was made out to be....beautifully updated, cozy, comfortable and filled with anything and everything we needed. We were a family of eight who stayed for five days and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were never crowded and the three baths were a lifesaver. Beds were very comfortable, and bedrooms very spacious. Loved the kitchen and dining area, and couldn't believe the attention to detail by the owners, who by the way, were wonderful to work with. The listing description was very accurate, and so often what one sees on the internet doesn't turn out to be realistic. This condo is everything and more, and we were extremely pleased as soon as we walked thru the door. It was so clean and very well maintained, indicating the owners are serious about providing a wonderful get away.
Some of us skied and some did not. We hit our favorite restaurants, i.e. Hearthstone for Thanksgiving, Michael's Italian Restaurant, Bubba Gumps, and the Brewery. We walked down to the river and took Christmas pictures in the absolute perfect setting, just a couple minutes from the door to the condo. And, we were very fortunate to enjoy the perfect weather for those pictures.
All in all, it was a great get away and want to thank Larry and Judy for providing such a great place for us to stay!
When you first walk into this condo, you instantly realize it has been gorgeously remodelled over time. A beautiful stone fire place, granite kitchen island, knotty wood door frames...I could go on and on. Then you notice the amenities and decor, and it is clear that the owners of this place have invested time and money in making it a great experience for you. The leather couches are great for unwinding after a day on the slopes and watching the big flat screen tv. The enormous kitchen table can seat up to ten easily. The balcony looks out into the towering pines, and the rushing waters of the Blue River are just a stone's throw away. The king, 2 queens, and two twin beds are exceptionally comfortable (the couch also folds out into a full), and each bedroom has a door and a place to hang your wet ski clothes and store your boots. There is also a semi-private hallway leading to the interior door of the condo where ski clothes and gear can be taken off and left if there are lots of skiers. There are three well-stocked bathrooms, a washer/dryer unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. When I say fully stocked, I mean fully stocked. Try to think of an appliance or kitchen utensil that you might possibly need while cooking, and I promise you, it is there. Roomy fridge, Nice range, plenty of glasses and plates, everything is ther for you to cook big hearty meals after a day of skiing or summer hiking. We have been there in the summer and the ski season, and I can't decide which is my favorite. I noticed baby high chairs and pac 'n plays in the closets for parents with littles to use. The walk to the slopes is about 10 minutes carrying your gear, or you can just store it at the ski rental store so you don't have to cart it back and forth. Skiing or not, we walk into town from the condo because we love the path by the river and the bridge over Maggie Pond. It is just down the slope from the back stairs of the condo. Summer or winter, the heated pool and /hot tub facility shared by surrounding condos is directly across the street. Don't worry, there are many large beach towels at the condo to borrow and take with you, so don't bring yours from home. If you are looking for a condo to really make you feel like you are on a vacation away from it all, this is the place for you. I can't wait to get back there again!
