Encantada Resort is a gated community just 5 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. Esta propiedad tiene todo lo que se necesita para unas vacaciones en Orlando,con acceso rapido a los parques y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados,un lugar muy tranquilo y bello.Muy buen servicio de mantenimiento y buenas amenidades, en fin perfecto para descansar de la rutina y el cansancio diario. Se los recomiendo a todos es encantador como su nombre.

Great Time

We had a great vacation staying at Encantada in a 3 bed townhome owned by Torben. We booked late (within a week) and everything was done by e-mail which took about 2 hours from enquiring to wiring the money and receiving the contract. I was sceptical of doing this but it was fine and Torben was very accommodating and proffessional giving me a good price for the week.
The townhouse was very well positioned overlooking the lake and close to the clubhouse pools, it was also very clean and well kept. We loved having the freedom of the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths which for 5 people sharing it was ideal, especially at the end f the day when it was time to get ready to go out. I liked the addition of the wireless internet whilst my son enjoyed the PS3 on our downtime. Although the resort is in a quiet area at the moment it is up and coming with lots of building going on but because you are set back from the main road this was never a problem, but you do have to travel down the 192 about 5 mins to get to the better restaraunts. Disney is only 4 minutes away on the new toll road and Universal and Seaworld are about 20 minutes.
The negatives for us were that although it is gated there is no security during the day and the gates are just left open, also the pool bar was never open which would have been nice to have had a drink and a sandwich around the pool but these were minor issues and beyond Torbens control. I would highly recommend Torbens townhouse to anyone staying in the Disney area and know that you are dealing with someone genuine who keeps their rental to a high standard.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

My experience in 10 days of stay

I rented this property for 10 days. I found it to be very comfortable, well equipped, and well maintained. It is very well located near Disney and offers the occupant a nice rest after a long day of enjoyment at the parks. Price is fair too! I recommended for groups of up to 8 members. I will consider it again for when I go back to Orlando.
