Really enjoyed our recent stay at this villa. Very nice and clean. Steve was very enjoyable to work with. Always responded to any questions promptly. The entire gated community was very nice. It met expectations and beyond. Location is excellent if you plan to hit the major attractions such as Disney or Sea World. Has a nice club house with pool and Tiki Hut which we enjoyed the chance to meet other people. Liked it so much plan to go back next year.

We just spent five great days this August in this lovely home. It was even better than was advertised.
The pool, internet connectivity, appliances and furniture were very comfortable and all worked great. This house is well located and convenient to Disney and all other sites.
We would certainly wish to return and will recommend this highly to our friends.

We recently took a family vacation with another family (12 people) down to the Disney area.
This house was great, ..we were not disappointed at all. The house was close to all the Disney parks and several restaurants

It was clean, comfortable and spacious enough.

Steven was great through the entire process and made sure we had all the information we needed about the house and the area.

I strongly recommend this house for a perfect stay in Disney area.

Great place, great location

We recently took a family vacation (7 people - 5 adults, 2 children) down to the Disney area. We decided to rent this house because it looked like the right size, right location and it had a ton of amenities....we were not disappointed. The house was close to all the Disney parks and several restaurants. We spent the days at the parks and the nights in the pool at the apartment. The clubhouse pool was fantastic and was a great way to spend the day outside of the parks.

The house was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for all 7 of us. Steven was great through the entire process and made sure we had all the information we needed about the house and the area. Next time we come down to Disney we would definitely rent this house again.
