Best house to rent for a small event
My wife and I got married in May of 2010 in this beautiful house. Neither the description or pictures can truly explain how amazing this house is. Dealing with the owner, Chris, was easy and he was more then helpful in providing any answers to the questions, recommendations of people.places to use, and making our stay as care free as possible.
We slept our entire wedding party in the house as we rented both the house and basement apartment. The ceremony was held on the deck with the reception being held inside.
The facilities in the house available for the catering staff allowed for them to work on site while setting up the seating and tables for our event.
I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a smaller wedding (we had about 40 people including us, although the house could easily accommodate 10-15 more people) or for anyone who is looking for a carefree get away with a few friends.
I found the price of the rental to be very reasonable and the owner was willing to be flexible on the date and duration we requested as our rental period was just before the Memorial Day season start.
The only thing you may find is that you never want to leave and if you visit Provincetown on a regular basis you may find yourself driving by on a regular basis just to catch a glimpse of this beautiful house.
I look forward to coming back to this house for one of our anniversaries.
