This is one of Provincetown's premier homes, offering spectacular sunsets and stunning views of Herring Cove Beach, Wood End Lighthouse and the dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Custom built in 2003 with unusual attention to design and detail, it has a vaulted entry foyer, open living/dining area with fireplace, chef's kitchen and 1 bedroom/bath on the first floor. The second floor consists of a spacious master suite with commanding views, gas fireplace, two dressing rooms and an exceptional master bath. This floor also has two guest bedrooms and a guest bath. This is a perfect home for a year-round getaway!

Beautiful House in Ptown

We just returned from a week in Ptown at this beautiful house. It really was a treat to stay in this luxurious house. It is located 15 minutes from town when walking - close enough to all the retaurants/shops but far enough to feel like you are secluded and away from it all. The bedrooms are all spacious, the bathrooms are modern- great showers. The kitchen was a dream to cook all the meals in and the view from the dining room was beautiful. You could easily walk or bike to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A Spectacular Home!

We not only rented this house for our family vacation, but we held a 3 day wedding celebration there and everything could not have been more perfect. All of our guests were blown away. To begin with, the house and everything in it is immaculate and gorgeously designed. The view from the deck is amazing and we ended each day relaxing there. In the mornings, we would walk across the street and stroll for miles in the incredible moors...you can even walk all the way across to the ocean. You are close to everything in town as well as the bike paths. The owners could not be more accommodating and helpful. If you are looking for a beautiful house in a great location, you cannot go wrong here.

Spectacular rental for getaway or event.

My partner and I rented this property in mid may to host our small wedding (50 people) Chris and Jim (owners) were excellent. Responsive, easy going and helpful. And our event was just about perfect.

From the huge wrap around deck with salt march and ocean views to the centrally controlled music in every room to the kitchen that just begs to be hung out in, this is truly a one of a kind house and we will have great memories of our time here for years to come. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The Best Day of Our Lives was spent in this home!

What a spectacular home owned by wonderful people! My wife and I stayed here for four wonderful nights and were also married in this home. Our very dear friends also stayed for three nights. The kitchen was fabulous as we cooked a few amazing meals in it. The views are spectacular every hour of the day from every room. The overall setting/layout of the home is well thought out and lends plenty of privacy and quiet time when desired. All the bathrooms are very nice with special emphasis on the master bath. The home is in pristine condition, has a wonderful sound system and everything you need for a short or long stay. A luxury get away, entertain with friends, whatever...this home is perfect for it all.
We truly hope we get to come back soon!
