We've included amenities that we enjoy and that we know you will enjoy also: Cuisinart Coffee Maker/Grinder, Toaster Oven, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and cable television. You will love the big and cozy sectional to enjoy sunsets, a movie or a nap. At night, it unfolds to a queen size bed to accommodate 2. Our great room allows you to cook and spend family time together, or to chat with friends while preparing the freshest possible lobster clambake. The bike trails and beaches of the National Seashore are minutes away, as are the excitement of Provincetown with its Zagat Rated Restaurants, entertainment, art and nightlife. Wonderful - Just as the Ad says!

We love this little unit and hope to return year after year. A quick bike ride into town - but we still felt like we were on our own private bayside beach overlooking Provincetown. Yeah, you kind of share that little deck in the back with another unit, but its a great way to meet people, which we did. I found that for this price range, most places don't even seem to have this. And the fact that its right on the beach makes everyone so relaxed! David and Jim are nice guys too, which I think matters.

cozy getaway; awake to the sounds of the sea

The description of the condo and the photos are quite accurate. The property is clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated; the space is well utilized; both the queen bed and the Ikea sofa were very comfortable - the sofa opens up very easily into a second queen sized bed - (it is firm, and much more comfy then those old pull out convertible couches where you feel like you're sleeping on steel bars.) The property is well located, and offers sufficient privacy without feeling isolated. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and an ideal vantage point for enjoying the georgeous sunsets, followed by the illumination of downtown p-town and the monument - a mesmerizing view every evening! A tranquil retreat right on the bay - spent much of the time lounging on the deck, soaking up some warm late September rays, and walking the beach at my doorstep. The owners were very friendly and helpful - excellent customer service. I live in MA and I visit Truro and P-town often. I will definitely return to this little gem of a condo.
