This property is located in a upscale development. The address is 203(Unit B) St.Louis Ave,21842.

Located bayside,two blocks to the beach and heart of OC's boardwalk(2nd St.).Fishing pier,skateboard park, playground, sport playing fields all within one block. This unit is 3 bedrooms and 3½ baths (2,400 sq. ft).Property sleeps (9) comfortably.

New home is elegantly furnished .All the upgrades including imported Italian granite counter tops and tile throughout the home. Entire home has premium hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, custom wood trim, upgraded American Standard and Delta faucets in all bathrooms and Jacuzzi in the 'master',custom tile work in the master bedroom, recessed lighting, 9’ ceilings on every level, brick paved driveway and two car garage, large front porch and deck on every floor.

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION: August 13, 2008

Dear Thierry, Last week, we stayed at the Ocean City property and wanted to write a quick “THANK YOU” note. As we were a little apprehensive about booking a vacation rental on the internet, it turned out to be a smashing success! The house was beautifully decorated with the marble/wood selection and was very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed the spacious feeling in every room and the hardwood floors really cut down on the mildew that builds up at the shore. The short week that you offer worked out perfectly for us as Jim only has his children on those days and we were unable to take a full week on the normal Saturday-Saturday rental week. While we continually cleaned up during our stay and when we were leaving, it was definitely worth the extra cleaning cost not to spend valuable vacation time at the end doing the harder type cleaning to get ready for the next occupant. It's a large house and that really does take some extra time. Thanks again .....
