Rent a well-decorated, immaculate two bedroom/two bath vacation golf villa, an end unit on the top (third) floor in the Ironwood Community of Barefoot Resort. Features a spacious interior and panoramic view from your own private balcony of the 15th hole of the Norman golf course. Just beyond the 15th hole, there is a lovely view of the Intracoastal waterway. The master bedroom has a 'swing king' bed which can be used as one king bed or converted to two twin beds, with a full private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into one king bed, with a full bath closely located in the hallway. The sofa converts to a queen size bed to accommodate a maximum of six people. A washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryers are provided for your convenience. The open kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking — microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, and pots and pans.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our rates include bed linens, bathroom and kitchen towels, SC taxes, and the departure cleaning fee for stays 1 week or greater (add $80 for stays less than one week).

    Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals run from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

    A reservation deposit of 50% of the rental amount plus a signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. A $250 refundable security deposit is also required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card via Paypal or Google checkout (additional fee applies).

    Our villa is a no smoking unit. Additionally, guests are not allowed to bring pets on the premises per association guidelines. Motorcycles are also not allowed.

This was a terrific vacation condo.

Although we only stayed for a weekend, we can definitely say it was the most wonderful condo we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with anything we could have wanted or needed. It was immaculately clean, and we would definately like to come back and request this exact unit in the future. The only difference will be we would like to stay at least a week. We live only 4 hours away, and I can see us coming back often to our new "home away from home!" Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation experience.
