  • Vacation at this beautiful New 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Special rates apply for holiday weeks and for special events. Nightly and weekend rates maybe available during Value period. Please contact us for rates. A one-time cleaning fee will be collected with final payment.
  • 25% of total stay due at time of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival plus a refundable $300 security deposit . Refunds available if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to scheduled arrival less $200 non-booking fee. Within 30 days of arrival refund will only be provided if property can be re-booked. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of departure.

WOW! That's the best word to describe our experience. Everything is first class....all the way! The condo is quality throughout and the decor is perfectly suited to this fabulous location. I can't say enough about the location. Walking distance to just about evrything you could want. And the beach itself......probably the nicests beach I've ever been to on the continental US...and rivals beaches I've seen in Mexico, The Bahamas and even Hawaii. The restuarants are affordable compared to most vacation destinations and the food and service outstanding. A perfect vacation...we will DEFINITELY be coming back in the Spring...in fact I think I will check the schedule right now and make a reservation! Thx again for sharing your beautiful vacation spot!

The perfect vacation!

My family and I stayed in this condo for our yearly summer vacation. It turned out to be the best vacation we have ever had! Many times when you find a rental on the Internet, the condo ends up not being quite like the pictures. However, the pictures I viewed of this condo prior to our stay did not do the condo its justice. It was so much more than our family could have hoped for. We had more than ample room and never felt like we were crowded. The views from the balcony were extremely peaceful and relaxing. And I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness that the owners put into the condo. Everything that I typically have to think about bringing for a vacation was already provided for us. My husband, who is not always easy to please, even stated walking into this condo was like walking into your own home. We felt very comfortable and can't wait to stay here again in the future!

The condo was simply GREAT! My wife and I took out daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. They loved the pool and all the activities were within a short walk. The condo was comfortable, clean and the views spectactular.

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way for our family vacation! My husband, 2 sons (20 & 13), my son's girlfriend (19) & my mother made memories that will last a lifetime while staying there! Everyone had ample space to 'get away' & ample space to 'just hang out together' ...Jim & Louise have really outdone themselves in making things easy for those who visit! This trip was the best birthday gift my mother has received & the family portraits we had taken at Sand Key park will be the icing on the cake! Thanks also go to Jim & Rochelle for sharing the information on this amazing place so that we too could enjoy it!

My family and I stayed in this unbelievably wonderful condo 4/5-4/11 2009. I cannot describe how truly lovely this condo is...the view is amazing, the bedrooms, the kitchen, etc...all incredible! It is even better than the photos, and that NEVER happens! The owners have literally thought of everything you may need to visit the beach, which is also incredible. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the dryer doesn't dry very well...this is literally the only thing I can think of! We hope to be able to visit this condo and Clearwater again sometime...and I will call Jim and Louise first! Thanks again for the use of your truly spectacular condo!
