This is our second home and we have furnished it with all high end furniture, linens, utensils and decorations so that we can enjoy it with our family whenever we are in town.

The balcony is also shaded from mid morning to late afternoon so that being outdoors is such a pleasure all year round.

  • Vacation at this beautiful luxurious new 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Special rates apply for holiday weeks and for special events. Nightly and weekend rates maybe available during Value period. Please contact us for rates. A one-time cleaning fee will be collected with final payment.
  • 25% of total stay due at time of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival plus a refundable $300 security deposit . Refunds available if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to scheduled arrival less $200 non-booking fee. Within 30 days of arrival refund will only be provided if property can be re-booked. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of departure.

Stayed for a long weekend with 2 families. 2 Couples and 4 children. More than enough room and fully equipped with EVERYTHING you would need for a beach get away! Towels, coolers, chairs, a completely stocked kitchen...

Great TV for watching sports and movies in the living room with lots of seating for all to be comfortable. Even has a laptop and printer for boarding passes....WOW!

Highly recommend this property to all my friends and family...!! The owners were very responsive and you can tell take pride in who they rent to and how the property is kept...spotless!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was fabulous. It has a great view from the balcony. The condo has a prime location..within walking distance of the beach and many fine restaurants. The accomodations were very comfortable and all the amenities enhanced our enjoyment.We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this condo .

Clearwater Beach and Phillies Spring Training

Highly recommended! Jim and Louise were great and quickly took care of every one of our requests. The Condo is modern, beautiful and very clean. Most of the furniture is new. The beds were very comfortable and there was a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Loved the "themes" in each bedroom - Lighthouses, Shells and Fish! The Condo was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, beach towels, linens, soap, and other supplies. The pool was heated so we were able to swim even on cooler days. The view is just amazing and we saw dolphins from the back balcony just about every evening. The location is fabulous. We were able to walk to a different restaurant every night for dinner. Pier 60 is about a one mile walk and the beach is about 1/2 mile. It is also a short walk to plenty of shops. It was about a 20 minute ride to the Phillies Spring Training games in Clearwater and about a 30 minute ride to the Tampa airport. We had 5 adults in our family group and there was plenty of room. The age range of our group was 26 to 79 and there was something for everyone to enjoy! Only negatives were occasional traffic at the causeway circle and loud music from Shepherds on the weekends but this is part of the Clearwater Beach experience and nothing that would keep us from staying at this great Condo again.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was my first time renting a condo so I was a little worried that the place wouldn't be as advertised. Honestly, it was much better! Lots of room and it was very comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony was lovely!

It is across the street from a place to rent jet skis, parasail, banana boats, etc. It was also so convenient to find a cart in the unit for all of our beach stuff! We were surprised at all of the extras including games, cards, and movies.

There is a great restaurant nearby called Post Corner Pizza that had italian and greek food as well as awsome pizza. We ate there twice and ordered in once since the kids loved it too and there were so many choices!

It was a home away from home and we hope to rent this unit again next year!

Great Stay

We were in Clearwater for a wedding. We had 10 people that stayed comfortably in the condo.The owners were very helpful when we booked our condo. When we asked questions we got a prompt answer by email. We were pleasantly surprised at the size, views, location and everything that came with the condo. We didn't have to buy beach chairs or towels which was a nice plus.The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to stay again anytime we are in Clearwater.
