Enjoy this designer decorated penthouse with attention to detail! Breathtaking panoramic bay and gulf views from the 8th floor. Walk to waterfront restaurants, shopping and, of course, the gorgeous white sandy beach of Clearwater Beach. Close to marina and Pier 60, with nightly sunset festivities. Harborview Grande, built in 2006, is a waterfront gated complex with secure coded entry.
My family and I rented this place for a week while staying in Clearwater Beach. This condo is a wonderful place to stay for vacation. The location is in the heart of downtown Clearwater, which makes it easy to access the beach, shops, and restaurants in the area. Everyday I found myself waking up early in the morning and taking off to the beach. The condo itself is immaculate. My boyfriend and I took the master bedroom and I absolutely loved the whirlpool tub. It was nice to be able to take a long, relaxing bath at the end of the day. The kitchen was very nice, as well. It was convienent to be able to cook a family dinner, or simply have a space to cook a big breakfast. Also, the views from the property are gorgeous, especially at night time.
When we first walked in, we loved the place immediately. Everything was really clean, neat, and organized; it made you feel like you were home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to stay in the Clearwater Beach area for a good price. You really do get a lot for the amount you are paying.
Our family of seven stayed in this beautiful condo June 17-25th. We did not want to leave! The condo provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked family dinners, enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony, swam in the pool and enjoyed the beach with the provided beach chairs and matts. The beach and Pier 60 are all with in walking distance. It was great exercise for my husband and I. Easy, beautiful walk along the beach. We ate out a few times and really enjoyed Crabby's on the beachwalk. We parked the car at the Condo and hardly drove anywhere. The Condo was very quiet, loved being up on the top floor. The only negative comment we have is the Pool. Very small for the size of the Condo complex. The Complex also does not have BBQ grills.
We loved every minute of our vacation, love clearwater beach!
This condo was advertized as a luxury penthouse suite, and it was. We stayed there for one week in April 2011, and loved it. With all the scams on the internet, it is difficult to trust what you see and read when looking for a place to stay. You can trust this one. It is exactly as described, looked great on the pictures, and even better when we got there.
I have a disability and used a motorized scooter. No problems whatsoever. I used the elevator and drove right on into the condo. Good access to the pool as well, and handicapped parking was close to the entrance and elevator.
No need for a designated driver, just go for a walk every night and food and entertainment are close by, and especially enjoyed Sheppards beach bar. The beach is just across the road, and most nights there were fireworks somewhere in the distance that we enjoyed from the balcony.
We had some problems with the wireless internet when we first arrived. Within a half hour of calling the number provided, someone came to fix it. What great service!!! All the furniture, both outdoor and in, was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there.
I woudf recommend this condo to anyone.
We just came back from staying at this property for a week!! The views from the balcony were wonderful. There is a small pod of dolphins that visit the harbor each morning and night, it was a beautiful sight to see. I miss it already.
The condo is immaculate and fully furnished. The pictures on this site are spot on so that the minute you walk in, you feel at home.
There is an all you can eat seafood buffet across the street at Shepards, if you love prime rib and crab legs, it is a great place to eat. $24.95 each. Jimmys Iguana Bar across the street at the Holiday inn is a good place to eat as well.
The beach is a quick walk down the street, but if you are looking to go shelling, then walk to the left of the holiday inn and go to the beach on the left, you will find more shells over there.
There is a Hess Gas station right across the street and a walgreens within walking distance. We spent alot of time at the Hess because the cost of 12packs of soda were a great price.
All in all we had a great and relaxing vacation. We were lucky in the fact that it only rained one day we were there. We will definately recommend this to friends, family and co-workers.
Thank you so much for the memories!!
