Our home is within 11 miles to Colby College! Belgrade Lakes is a beautiful area to enjoy your vacation. Hiking & biking are great activities, especially to Blueberry Mountain. The views are spectacular. Treat yourself to a sunrise on the mountain, you'll never forget it! Great Pond is an exceptional lake with beauty all around. The call of the loon is such a sound. We are great full to have many in our area, and they come rather close to the home. On those rainy day's Augusta and Waterville are only 15 minutes away and both areas offer shopping and restaurant. Looking for a slower pace, go into the town of Belgrade and enjoy the quaint shops and restaurant. They 4th of July fire works are a great show, either from the home or a short drive to Long Pond. Sit on the waters edge and enjoy! Golf...the golf course is within a 15 minute drive.
