'We've been renting vacation homes for 16 years and this was by far the best one we've had.' -visitor from Minnesota. Awesome Divide Views and Rocky Mountain experience without the hassle of I-70. Watch falcons and stare at 14,000 ft. peaks from the hot tub! Paradise Ridge is just one hour from DIA and 20 minutes from Boulder and gives access to Eldora ski resort, Rocky Mountain National Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness, Boulder and the great town of Nederland. Home was featured in architectural magazine and is truly stunning and unique with many environmentally-friendly features. House is both secluded and accessible, as it sits above Barker Reservoir on 10 acres and abuts 90 acres of forest service land.

surprised by the beauty of the house. The bedrooms
are really comfortable and the kitchen/living room
area is so attractive. The views are unbelievable!!! We
are looking forward for our next stay there!

We spent a long weekend at this wonderful home over Martin Luther King weekend. My brother and I, and our 4 children ages 17-12. Pictures do not do this home justice. It is a wonderful , modern , quiet getaway with views that are unbelievable. The owners were great to work with and we found everything as expected. They checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. We hosted family in the area for dinner one, I think there were 16 of us and there was plenty of room and dishes to accomidate us easily. We will certainly stay here again in the future. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. The O'Connors

We rented Paradise Ridge for 10 days at the end of August. WOur family was in Nederland for my son's wedding to a wonderful young lady who has deep roots in the area. The house was great, and the views never ending. I had a pre-wedding dinner for about 70 people and the kitchen and house accomodated that soiree without any problems. The constant comment from all guests was how amazing the house is. We look forward to our next visit to Paradise Ridge.

Comment Text: Paradise Ridge provided the setting for our annual family vacation this year: mom and dad, two daughters, son-in-law, and two grandchildren (9 and 5), plus dog (Malamute mix). It was the perfect setting, with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and other sites. In addition to the excellent location and lovely view, the house itself is architecturally attractive, well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated Annika’s prompt attention to our inquiries and concerns. Location, view, amenities, and comfort – a great place for children, for adults, for bird-watching (more than 30 species sighted during the week), and for the dog – we all had a wonderful time. One has the feeling of being away from it all, yet near to it all.
