Why choose our condo?:
Location, location, location...isn't that what everyone wants? Our condo is perfectly located as it is off the beaten path, but within its reach as we are only 3 minutes from Barefoot Landing and Highway 17. Our condo sits peacefully in the community of Ironwood in Barefoot Resort. While sitting on our porch, all you hear is the occasional 'ping' of a golf ball being hit from the 15th Tee Box of the Greg Norman Course or the songbirds as they sit in the trees that line the golf course views from our condo. Even though you feel as if you have escaped to a peaceful island when you cross over the bridge into Barefoot Resort, you are within minutes of great golfing, shopping, entertainment, & restaurants.
We take pride in sharing our home with guests; thus we have tried to provide most of the same comforts you might have at home. You will find our condo as being an inviting, warm, bright, clean, & comfortable home...perfect for your vacation get-away!
What is there to do in Barefoot Resort?:
Barefoot Resort has 4 world class golf courses. They are designed by: Tom Fazio, Davis Love III, Greg Norman, and Pete Dye. There is a newly added Golf Academy located at the Driving Range. You can also enjoy a drink &/or bite to eat at The Driving Range Grille. (They have a great brick-oven pizza!)
At the entrance of Barefoot Resort, the largest pool in South Carolina sits behind the Barefoot Resort North Tower (the tallest condo building) and is located next to Docksider's Grille at the Barefoot Resort Marina on the intracoastal waterway. Relax poolside and enjoy the views of boats at the Marina or walk to the Marina's 'Dockersider's Grille' for breakfast, lunch, or dinner where you can enjoy live entertainment as scheduled. If you prefer to relax at the beach, our condo is a short 3-5 minutes car ride away. During the summer months, there is a free Resort Shuttle Bus that picks guests up at our condo's Ironwood Pool and shuttles hourly back & forth to & from the beach.
What is there to do in Myrtle Beach?:
Besides the beaches & golfing at one of the 100+ golf courses in Myrtle, there are restaurants galore as Highway 17 is known as 'restaurant row'. There is plenty of shopping: Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach (which also has a collection of celebrity restaurants), and the Coastal Grand Mall. 08/06/08 Positive We loved the condo #612. It is beautiful, clean, well furnished, relaxing, reasonably priced. It is in a good location just off the beaten path. We hope to use it again in the future. Steve & Rita Evans, GA.
08/02/08 Positive This was our 2nd year at 612 & it was even better than before. The ground floor is perfect with two young boys so we could play Frisbee or Bocce Ball. The comfort level & amenities are top notch. I think we only ate a couple meals out because we had everything needed to make great meals, especially our big breakfasts! We will be back next year & possibly for a 4 day weekend in the fall!! Andrew Lipson, Concord, NC
07/29/08 Positive The condo location was perfect & convenient to everything. The decor throughout the condo was very pleasant & made for a relaxing & comfortable weeks stay. The pools were great & the kids had a ball. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us & we look forward to coming again soon. Jennie & Glenn Evans
