After renting numerous condos over many years we happened across paradise and decided to own a piece of that paradise. The location and view absolutely top any other Ozark location we've ever stayed at! We are excited to offer you the opportunity to enjoy this amazing condo as much as we do! After purchasing this 3 bedroom condo we made everything NEW. The furniture is NEW, the bedding is new, all walls are freshly painted, ALL flooring is NEW (new carpet February 2013!), ALL cupboards are NEW. All lighting and the countertop is NEW. Not only is everything new, it was all re-decorated by an interior designer from Chicago!
Location! Location! Location! Have I mentioned that this condo has an amazing view of the MAIN channel? Since it is a corner unit you can see forever in front of you and off to the left. Best of all you aren't looking across at any other houses or condos...only rocky bluffs and trees! This lower level unit sits directly on the water, at the 22 mile marker, one of the most popular areas on the lake. You are literally so close to the water you have to stand up and look over the edge of the deck to see the shoreline. It is completely relaxing listening to the water lap against the shore! The living room and master bedroom have a wall of GLASS looking out at the amazing view. Double sliding glass doors make you feel like you're outdoors even when you're not. Another door from the master bedroom also gives you direct access to the deck. Sitting on the deck watching boats go by, fish jumping, and ducks swimming by will make you want to stay forever. A gas BBQ grill even lets you cook outside!
We are next to the amazing pool that also sits overlooking the main channel! It is super close to our condo but pool activity is never annoying as it angles back slightly following the angle of the shoreline. A beautiful deck running the length of the front of the pool is also a great place to enjoy the view that is second to none!
The Master bedroom has a wall of windows so the first thing you see in the morning is an incredible view of the lake. You also have an adjoining Master Bath and seperate sink/vanity area.
Another bedroom features a queen bed for your comfort. It adjoins to a full bath.
The third bedroom features beds to suit your needs. You can use the beds and all new bedding as twin beds, or push the twin beds together and use the all new king bedding (including a king mattress topper to keep the mattresses together) to have a full sized king bed!
For all of you boaters the condo has its own boat slip and jet ski slips plus there are several marinas close by.
For all of you golfers we are located in golf country! Our unit is within 1 mile of Tan-Tar-a Resort with its new indoor water park. We are located on Baydy Peak Road, right off of KK which is lined with golfing! There are over 20 golf courses for you to choose from at the lake!
Many putt-putt golf courses, go-carts, and water parks can keep you busy along with many parks and caves in the area just waiting to be explored!
Lake of the Ozarks has some of the best restaurants and nightlife around. Our condo is within a few miles of the 110 store Osage Village Factory OUTLET MALL. You may choose to be busy with any of the many activities at the lake, or simply choose to spend your day relaxing at the condo, enjoying the view and the great pool that overlooks the main channel. Choose to go out at night or enjoy the condo overlooking the moonlit lake. EVERY SEASON offers new beauty at the lake!
