easy to find property very handy for disney and knotts berry farm .the best beech we found was newport city beech around 30 to 40mins away an easy drive.it takes around 45 to 55 mins from the airport (lax) .the area looks very nice and seems very safe and quiet .the house itself is a real home from home nice big sitting room with a very large tv .kitchen is also a good size .nice garden out back.there are three toilets and two showers .there are numerous shops and eateries around the area. nancy is very easy to deal with very friendly a person you can trust.just to add we had a great time .thanks nancy
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We again wish to thank you for your cozy home that you provided for our holiday. It was very enjoyable for us to come to a home-away-from-home which accomodated our family of five very comfortably. We found it very clean and tidy and easy to find and well located off of the freeway with quick access to Disneyland. The meal you prepared for our arrival was a real treat after arriving late at night. We would like to come again in the future and will recommend your home to other family and friends here in Canada who might want to visit the L.A. area.

This vacation rental for my family of 5 was a very good decision for us, both in terms of comfort of living and access to Dineyland, L.A. and Laguna Beach. We felt warmth and homey-ness in this house. It did not feel like a rental at all. The home was well furnished, kitchen well stocked and the U-verse TV and Internet access worked out really well for my kids.

We have rented vacation homes for the last several years but there were a couple of things that made this one unique:
1. The homemade dinner the first night was an excellent touch and kicked off our vacation very well.
2. The notebook with various local and vacation information with directions was very useful.
3. The well-appointed kitchen and U-verse TV with some excellent movies pre-recorded (although we never got a chance to watch them).

I would highly recommend this home to folks visiting this area and plan on renting it again next year.

We really liked the house. It was very comfortable for a family. The back yard was great as was the kitchen and dining/living area. We intended to spend our last week somewhere else, but were so comfortable here, we stayed.
