Cozy semi-detached cottage in the heart of Baja King William in downtown San Antonio. The cottage has its own off-street parking with ample room for three vehicles and a private flagstone patio with a fountain, a marble dining table with chairs, and a seating area. The interior boasts antique pine floors in the living areas and 12' ceilings throughout. The kitchen has all stainless appliances including a gas stove. The kitchen is outfitted with gourmet touches such as Henckel knives and Calphalon cookware. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a marble and wood counter height table that seats four. A spacious and elegant bathroom with a beautiful travertine and glass tile shower is attached to the bedroom. Connected to the bathroom is a roomy walk-in closet with shelf storage and a stack able washer and dryer. The bedroom has a comfy four poster queen size bed featuring an incredibly comfortable Stearns and Foster Regency Elite ultra plush pillow top mattress.

Notes

  • When we reserve the rental for one party, we turn away other potential customers which is why we require a deposit. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur that require a change in plans. We therefore work with our guests on a case-by-case basis in the event of such an emergency.

    16.75% hotel tax- Stays 30 days and over not subject to hotel tax
  • $2000 for month of January- $500 off our regular monthly rental.
    $650 per week in January- $50 off our weekly rate.
    $100 per night in January- $25 off our nightly rate

We went to San Antonio for my fiance's birthday and we chose here to stay. It was such a cute cottage. It has tons of historical charm. The place was very clean. It is in walking distance to most of the things that we wanted to do. If we had to drive anywhere, it didn't take long at all. The whole neighborhood is adorable. We already recommended this place to another couple. We hope to visit here again in the fall.

We had a great stay in this unit and a second one the family had next door. Both units were clean, well stocked and offered a relaxing delightful home away! Any small concerns-and things we didn't think of- were handled quickly and with good humor! Really a great area to stay with superlative hosts to care for you! Would do it again!

My wife and I have stayed in many B&B's in San Antonio and cottages across Texas but this cottage is the BEST that we have every stayed in. We have stayed in another part of town in a B&B for over 20 years, but I can say that we have found a new favorite place. Nestled in a cozy quiet neighborhood, this property is the epitome of comfort. From the koa pond in the back yard to the luscious queen-sized bed with its pillow-topped mattress,and the subtle oriental decor, we felt at home from the minute we walked into the door. This cottage is within walking distance to many fine dining experiences and a short drive to the river walk. This is a property in which we will revisit often. Thanks for the experience.

Hidden Treasure in the the King William Disrtict

My wife and I have stayed in many cottages and B&B's, but this cottage has to be the best maintained and comfortable that we have ever had the privilege to stay in. The quaint Oriental decor and the black and white pictures hanging on the walls made this cottage warm and inviting. With this property so close to downtown, we were able to walk or drive a short distance to enjoy some of San Antonio"s finest restaurants and attractions. This is truly and hidden treasure!! We have stayed in another part of town for 20 years when we visit San Antonio, but we will now stay here on our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
