100 feet from your own private beach..Studio with full kitchen, sleeps 4 - Views of dunes from the back with a deck and views of the ocean from the front with your own private beach across the street. On the other side is the dune ocean beach. You can buy a beach buggy sticker. I also have a personal kayak for your use, if wanted....Take the shuttle bus into Provincetown, it comes every half hour. Enjoy the beach in the day and night life in town, also take the fast ferry THE PROVINCETOWEN II, from Boston round-trip, and the shuttle to Cape Breeze condos, no need for a car. You will want to come back..

Provincetown: Every week there is a theme to the activities in Provincetown. The dining and shopping is tops on Cape Cod. Don't forget to go whale watching or charter a fishing boat. Rent a jet ski or a sail boat. So much to do. Truo vineyards 2 miles up the street for wine tasting.

Buy a pass to take your vehicle on the dunes just across the highway. Tons of other beaches to go to and bike trails and hiking, etc.

Cape Breeze Condo is Fabulous

The condo was neat and clean. Close to a private beach on the bay...lots of seaweed and rocky but it was neat and clean. Close to Ocean beaches and Provincetown - so much fun...and Wellfleet - have 2 lb lobsters on the pier overlooking the harbor.
The condo had an awesome deck out back - quiet and serene, over looking the dunes - that was our place to hand at night and have a few laughs and drinks...
We had the best time - perfect setting, clean environment, great location...could not have asked for a better vacation!
Thanks for the memories!!! We'll be back.

very accurate description and very comfortable place. This was a very clean place that made us feel right at home. Sitting either on the rear deck or the front porch was very relaxing. With everyone parking in the rear of the building it made sitting on the front porch very nice and quiet to view the ocean across the street and feeling the breeze in your face. We would definitely consider this place again next year. Thanks

The people who own and stay here are the nicest ever. The beach is private and beautiful. The sunsets are the best I have ever witnessed. The bus into town is so convenient. That is why for 20 years it has been the place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
