This spacious 1000 sq. ft. 1 or 2 BR, 2 BA vacation home is located at the brand new Villas Talia complex. A ground floor end unit with a garden view insures privacy and relaxation. Both bedrooms are fitted with Simmons pillow top mattresses and 300 thread count sheets for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom has satellite TV and a DVD player. The bathrooms contain open air showers with marble walls and vanities. Native mahogany closets, doors and cabinetry of the highest craftsmanship round out the contemporary style of decor. A fully stocked kitchen and dining area for 6 will enable your party to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal or have a light breakfast out on the patio and listen to the early morning birdsong. The open style floor plan leads into the living area equipped with satellite flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. The large screen sliding doors open up to the patio. From the patio, you can view and walk to the pool as it is the only condominium with an access gate.

Casa Kati's location in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico is a perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The marina has many activities such as boating, sailing, fishing as well as organized Dolphin swims operated by Dolphin Discovery. This fun activity can be enjoyed by both children and adults. The Marina area boasts numerous restaurants and boutique shops. Puerto Aventuras also has a nine hole golf course, soon to be eighteen that is both picturesque and challenging. Scuba diving is very popular here, and there are plenty of dive outfits to choose from. The reef protecting Fatima bay is an excellent spot for snorkeling with the kids, sea turtles and abundant marine life are plentiful. Day trips are a breeze from this location with Akumal and Tulum to the south and Playa del carmen and Cancun to the north.

We stayed at Casa Kati in the Villas Talia complex in November. The unit is ground floor with access to the pool and kids pool. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was really nice. The onsite management team was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

We will be back!!!
