There is free access to the club at Silver Shells that offers a full service spa, a large fitness center, indoor/outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Silver Beach Towers is a gated facility with secure entry into the garage and building. This unit comes with a private two car garage located in the underground parking area. Loading and unloading is only a few feet from two fast elevators that serve only three units per floor.
