Beautiful penthouse, professionally decorated, approximately 2500 square feet on two levels. New in 2004, all three bedrooms, living/dining rooms and kitchen facing the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Free WiFi and one free beach setup per day.

This unit has many upgrades: travertine tile in all rooms except carpeted bedrooms, granite counters in kitchen and master baths, stainless steel Monogram GE appliances in kitchen. Large walk-in closets in all bedrooms.

A 2 car private garage within the underground parking area and located very close to entrance and elevators for easy unloading and loading.

2 (fast) elevators serve each floor with 3 condos per floor.

For an easy, comfortable, relaxing and fun vacation this unit is the one. Enjoy!

One FREE beach setup furnished from March 1st - October 31st - additional setup can be purchased from the beach attendant using guest credit card.

Luxury and Perfection!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! It is an amazing unit on the best property in Destin. We have been traveling to Destin/FWB twice each year for the past 5 years and Silver Beach Towers is by far the nicest and most conveniently located property. Everything in this unit is top-notch from the furniture and decor down to the well-equipped kitchen. I also really appreciated that Joan sent the keys to us in advance, as I have had to pick up and drop off keys off-site in the past at the beginning and end of our stay, which can be time-consuming and often requires driving out of our way.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We love it

We have spent winter months in Silver Beach Towers the last six years. We continued to return each year because of the location and the fact that the property is very well maintained. This is our first year staying at 1705 W PH which has become our favorite.
The furnishings are attractive and comfortable, as are the beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are spacious and each provides a beautiful view of the gulf. We love the huge windows and the balcony from which we can view sunrises and sunsets. We also appreciate the private garage.
We have already booked next year and are looking forward to returning in January.

This condo is the best! We had a wonderful time at the beach, and the condo was perfect with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well equiped and the condo was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we could possibly need right at our fingertips. The owner was especially nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay at this condo again! Exceeded our expectations!!!

Perfection to the Max!

This condo is just as pictured & discribed and more. We have been vacationing in Destin since the mid 1970's and have stayed in many condos; some very nice, but this is the tops. The condo was perfect for three couples, we all had that wonderful ocean view to wake up to. VERY CLEAN, we had everything we needed and the owner is wonderful to work with. Also the grounds, the pool, the grill area, everything, all perfect. Close to great shopping, restaurants, etc. (we love the Backporch & Pompanamo Joes). Recommend this place & this condo because it does not get any better!

This condo is the perfect beach getaway. Comfortable and Beautiful. If you are looking for upscale living - this is the place. The owner was very easy to work with, very responsive and made sure everything was great-even called on our arrival day to be sure everything was as we expected. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, well maintained, secure, quiet and had everything we needed. The description and pictures in the ad are exactly what the condo is. I would highly recommend this property!
