Location, Location, Location!!! This 6 bedroom, 3 full bath home in the private Bear’s Crossing Community is the perfect place for a large group to share great times no matter the season. The large (newly re-done) pool is very refreshing after a game of tennis on the private, clay court. The clubhouse offers a large screen tv, exercise equipment, ping pong and billiards. House comes well equipped with pool table, foosball, darts, 3 televisions, 3 stereo systems & entertainment center. Kitchen comes with enough pots, pans and dishes to cook for an army and a new dishwasher to help with clean-up. Also relax in the outdoor hot-tub (addtl fill charge during summer mos). Rent includes cable television, local phone, firewood, snowplowing, shuttle service to and from the mountain on winter weekends, and use of the private community clubhouse (gym equipment, big screen TV, billiards, ping pong, tennis court and pool).
