Our beautiful and comfortable home is located on Maalaea Bay. Truly the most centrally located vacation area on all of Maui. The old whaling port of Lahaina is 18 miles north,with Kihei, Wailea and Makenna starting only eight miles to the south. Featuring spectacular oceanfront views of Molikini, beautiful sunrises over Haleakala and perfect for whale watching right from our lanai. Just outside our condo is Sugar Beach and close by within walking distance is the Harbor Village which offers dining and shopping.The award winning restaurant, The Waterfront, is also just steps away.Across from the Harbor Village is the Maalaea Marina, offering excursions for deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, whale watching, and sunset cruises. For the kids, miniature golf,rock wall climbing, x-treme trampoline, bumper boats, and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium is also located in the Harbor Village. Our unit is on the top floor in the Lauloa complex.

  • Cancellation, Notification and Refund Policy

    If you cancel and notify us prior to 90 days of your initial arrival date, all monies will be returned that were paid toward that initial arrival date or you may reschedule your replacement arrival and departure dates without penalty.
    If you cancel and notify us within 90 days of your initial arrival date and we are able to rent all the nights you initially reserved, you will receive all monies back that were paid less your deposit.
    If you cancel and notify us within 90 days of your initial arrival date and we are able to rent only some of the nights you initially reserved, the deposit is not returned to you and the remainder of the monies you paid is returned to you prorated by the ratio of the number of nights we rented the condo during your initial arrival and initial departure dates divided by the total number of nights initially reserved.
  • If you cancel and notify us within 90 days of your initial arrival date and we are not able to rent any of the nights between your initial arrival and initial departure dates, no monies that were paid are returned to you.
    If you are a no-show after paying for your reserved nights, no monies that were paid are returned to you.
    If you reserve nights and arrive and stay in the condo for only some of your reserved nights, no monies that were paid are returned to you.

Welcome to Our Place in Paradise! Our comfortable home is located on Maalaea Bay, Maui's best kept secret. Truly the most centrally located vacation area on all of Maui. We’re only 15 minutes from Kahului airport. The old whaling port of Lahaina is 18 miles north, Kihei, Wailea and Makenna starting only eight miles to the south. Spectacular Oceanfront Views of Molikini, beautiful sunrises over Haleakala and perfect for whale watching, (when in season).

Just outside our condo is Sugar Beach, great for morning walks, jogging, swimming, sunbathing and just relaxing in the sun. The Maalaea boat harbor is just a short walk down the street and the harbor is the hub of Maui's snorkeling, whale watching and sports fishing charters. Close by within walking distance is the Harbor Village which offers dining and shopping. For the kids, miniature golf and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium is also located in the Harbor Village just a short walk from our condo.
