The kitchen has custom cabinets and granite counter tops as well as stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for cooking. The bathroom is tiled and has custom cabinetry and granite counter tops.
The bedroom has a queen size bed . All bed and bath linens are provided.
The apartment has cable TV and WI-FI, DVD/CD player, hair dryer.
Coin operated laundry is available in the garage.

I spent 10 days in this apartment: it was my first vacation in SF. The apartment is bright and clean and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The apartment is located in a silent and safe area, but at the same time it is a few minutes walking near good restaurants and grocery.
I sincerly recommend it!
We had a wonderful week in San Francisco. The location of this unit can’t be beat as far as we’re concerned. Nathalie was very prompt in answering our emails and calls. She provided us with an extensive guide to get us from the airport to grocery stores, restaurants and recommended fun activities. Many of these spots were within a 5-10 minute walk or easily reached by public transportation. We liked the unit being in a building with a gate which gave us an added sense of security.
The unit has a well-equipped, clean kitchen which we would have used more if we weren’t so busy being out and about in the city! The bathroom was a nice size and very clean. We had good reception with the internet and tv. We hardly ever watched tv because we were so busy but again, it was there if we wanted. There were many helpful guides to the city available in a basket in the living room.
We liked the fact that the unit wasn’t sparsely decorated. By that we mean, there is a nice chest of drawers in the bedroom, along with a nightstand and a good sized closet, all of which allowed us to move out of our suitcases. The closet was large enough so that we could get our suitcases out of the way also.
We enjoyed the area. When we visit again, which we know we will, we hope this unit is available. This was the right size for 2, very clean and in a location that we felt was very desirable. It had a very “neighborhood” feeling to it. Thank you Nathalie and Greg for helping make our stay in San Francisco, a very positive experience.
The listing does not do this apartment justice. This newly renovated apartment has everything to meet your needs. The location is wonderful in a great neighbourhood with an abundance of restaurants. It is within walking distance to everything you would want to see. The owner was very attentive to all our needs. I will be returning to this great place.

Les épiceries et restaurants sont accessibles à pied, de même que le Fisherman's Wharf à 15 minutes. La propriétaire, soucieuse du bien-être des occupants, nous a fourni des adresses pertinentes.
Fantastic stay at this fully equipped apartment in a fantastic location: close enough to tourist hotspots and yet far enough to allow good rest overnight. Fantastic location for panoramic pictures of San Francisco. All the information provided by the owners were excellent and helped to maximize the time spent in the city. Loved it.
This is a really lovely apartment full of sunshine. We didn't cook much (with marvellous cafes and restaurants all around, just a few minutes walk away!) but the kitchen seemed very well equipped and we enjoyed beiing able to make our own leisurely breakfasts. The place is tastefully decorated, clean and cosy, with a heater for the sometimes brisk San Franciscan nights. The bed is good (yes, against the wall as another reviewer noted but we didn't find that a problem). Wardrobe and drawer space more than adequate for our needs. There is a shared laundry down in the garage which was clean and tidy.
The owners are lovely. Nathalie is very thoughtful, the booking process with her was straightforward and easily managed and she provided loads of helpful information (such as where to pick up a MUNI pass) even before we arrived.
We had a problem with the plumbing (due to bad luck, not poor maintenance). I wouldn't even mention it, except it is a good demonstration of how responsive the owners are. Greg was around promptly to check, called in a plumber and had it fixed in no time...and they kindly offered us compensation for any inconvenience. Problem solved!
The apartment is in a lovely old house with stairs so if carrying suitcases upstairs is an issue for you, you might want to ensure you have a taxi service that includes portering (it's worth it!).
The location is unbeatable. A lovely neighbourhood with wonderful eateries, cafes (with espresso...yeah!!) interesting bars (some with live music), great shopping (check Mashka for gorgeous locally made jewelry) and close enough to allow you to walk to many of the major sights of SF if you dare (very, very hilly) - otherwise buses to everywhere are just a few steps away.
We loved everything about this rental accommodation and won't hesitate to recommend it to others. Indeed, we can't wait to get back to San Francisco again ourselves and when we do this will be top of our list of places to stay.
