2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Loft - Sleeps 8

Beautiful chalet house with screened in porch. approx. 200 feet from the lake. House features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a loft that has a futon bed and a regular non-pullout couch or use as second living room with burning firewood fireplace, A.C. in living room area with a second futon bed. There's an eat - in kitchen that can hold 6-8 people.. There is a private dock place by the lake approx. 20 by 24 ft,. washer, dryer located in basement. 15 minutes from casino and 15 minutes to Holiday Mountain Ski Resort. 20 minutes to Crystal Gallery Mall. 30 minutes to Harriman Outlets. We now have a rowboat and kayak to use on the lake.

Security Deposit required for Weekend ($200.00) and ($500.00) for a week stay. If paying by check, must be paid at least 10 days before arrival.

Very cozy home!

Our family really enjoyed our week stay at this home. The place is VERY clean and has EVERYTHING you need to make your stay comfortable. We especially liked watching movies (provided by the owners) with our 3 daughters in the loft with the fireplace going. The owners are very pleasant and helpful, just a phone call away if you need them. It's a 6-8 minute drive to the supermarket which was great for making meals at home which we did a lot. We wanted to just get away for a few days and spend some quiet time together and this place helped us do just that. It is very quiet and cozy and clean. Oh and my family loved the shower, it was nice and strong. My girls loved it (ages 12, 9, & 8) and were sad to go. They had fun playing tetris on the Super Nintendo. We'd definitely recommend this to friends and plan on going back.

Great place to be with friends!

We stayed at this cottage in hopes to spend time with friends, and have the kids entertained as well. It did exactly this.

The pictures you see are exactly how it's presented - nice and clean. The waterfront is a few minutes away by foot - so not right off the property like we thought - but with small kids, this worked out better for us.

We loved that the kids could play in the loft area while we spent most of our time on the main level. We could hear everything that was going on up there - and not worry.

The only downfall we felt could have been better was it's proximity to the highway. Sitting on the porch at night wasn't very quiet because you could hear the vehicles off in the distance.

But for the price we paid - it was definitely worth it's value! We would definitely re-book here!
