The Home: is our personal residence on the weekends when it is not rented and our 2nd Home away from LA where we live, which is why it is furnished and appointed the way it is. It is definitely not your typical vacation rental. Everything is brand new, state of the art and shows like a Model Home. The house is perfect for entertaining large groups of people or for an intimate getaway for one or several couples. About Armando Aguirre

I own and operate Metroscape Real Estate,Inc. which is a full service Commercial Real Estate business headquartered in Los Angeles that represents clients throughout Southern California. We specialize in leasing Retail Shopping Centers as well as the sale and purchase of these Investments. An affiliated company Universal Property Investments, Inc is our development arm. We are urban in-fill developers of Retail Shopping Centers through out Southern California.

I split my time between my home and my business in Los Angeles and my second home in the Desert. My interests include travel, music, photography, movies and entertainment.

The Desert Cities and specifically La Quinta/Indio are very safe, clean, Family- oriented and beautiful communities located in this spectacular Desert and Mountain Resort setting. The area has many events, activities and attractions to see and choose from. Mountains and cean air surround you here and the climate most of the year is about as perfect as you will find anywhere in the world. The landscape is a combination of lush green Avenues lined with majestic Date Palms everywhere you travel, with Mountain or Desert backdrops for contrast. The retail and restaurant shopping districts of both La Quinta and Indio ar both within 5-10 minutes of our home making everything you need very convenient and very accessible. The area's wide variety of amenities, events and attractions are also all in close proximity.

One of the things I like the most about the Desert, our Community and my Home in particular, is that while there are lots of activities and attractions to choose from, you can do as much or as little as you want...and have an absolutely great time either way. One of the reasons for this is that our Home and this property, is appointed and furnished to feel like a self-contained small, intimate, private and luxurious Resort. It delivers that experience in a big and exciting way. No expense has been spared, which you will see and feel through out this Home.

A perfect house to host a perfect week-end! Coachella Festival 2008 "Rocked".
We had the best time at the Festival & at night at your friggin amazing house! What a place to come home to; it had everything we could want. BBQed every night, swam in the pool, hot tubbed, looked up at a million stars, big screen TVs everywhere. We felt like royalty. Spectacular house! If it's available for next years event, we want it again.
Thanks for the digs, we had an amazing time. We'll tell our friends who come to the States three or four times a year.

Thank you for hosting our Boys Golf Week. We enjoyed your house tremendously and appreciated your Audio/Video Set Up through the Masters and Hockey Playoffs.

Hope to see you again next year. In ten years of doing this annual week with the Guys, yours is by far the nicest house we have ever stayed at and we liked that the house was so close and convenient to all the great restaurants, grocery stores and courses.

Thank You for letting us stay in your beautiful home. You have done an excellent job of decorating both inside and outside. The back yard is terrific and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub. Thank you for supplying the beach towels and pool toys. The audio and video systems are phenomenal, and we loved your selection of DVDs. Thank you for the telephone and wifi service. You have a very "Classy" home with all of the important details.
