Joint Adventure is a short three minute walk to the beach boardwalk and is just across the street from Morgantown's tennis courts, newest swimming pool, and hot tub. For golfers in the group, Joint Adventure is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class. Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Joint Adventure is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.

  • Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties($25/bedroom,$10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers with zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $49 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I've added a link to my website which makes it easy for you to purchase optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!).

Reunion on Morgantown Blvd

The location was perfect for a private reunion getaway. You are a block away from the beach, across the street from the pool and tennis. Know that you are 20-25 minutes from groceries/shopping. The house was nice and a good fit for our group size. Whatever you do don't eat at any of the touristy restaurants!!! Keep to the small mom & pop places.
