Walk or ride bikes or take the local bus to the many nearby beaches, or the Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk. Have a barbeque, play volley ball or enjoy free Friday night concerts on the beach. Go surfing, sailing, fishing or golfing. Take a scenic drive to the nearby Henry Cowell or Big Basin State Parks and hike through the majestic redwood forests. The world renowned Carmel, Seventeen Mile Drive, Pebble Beach Golf Course and Monterey Bay Aquarium are less than an hour away. Another adventure in the area, is renting kayaks and exploring the Moss Landing estuaries where you can observe numerous birds and otters.
Renters must be at least twenty-one years of age. All guests must be listed on the contract; no more than four people (including guests) may occupy the unit. Smoking, loud parties, drugs, and/or excessive drinking are not permitted on the premises.
