Whether your winter sport is downhill or x-country skiing, snowboarding or snowmobiling you will find it close by. In the summer play 18 holes of golf on several local courses, swim in a natural lake or fish in any stream. There is always something to do in and around Killington any time of the year.
This wonderful, open floor plan house lets you enjoy the serene, wooded views from all sides starting with the walls of magnificent floor to ceiling windows in the spacious living room. After a hard day of fun, relax in front of the beautiful stone gas fireplace after a dip in the 8 person hot tub accessed through the walk-out basement.
The gourmet kitchen, open to the living room, boasts green granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and an island with built in wine rack. The dining room seats 10 and is surrounded by windows to enjoy the view during any meal.
There is a large, first floor, master bedroom suite with king bed and walk-in closet. Master bath has his & hers marble top vanities. Relax in the jetted tub or take a nice hot shower. The upper level has a large loft overlooking the living room and 2 spacious bedrooms; one with queen bed, 2 single beds and private bath, the other with queen bed, set of bunk beds and the bath right outside the door. Perfect for families, couples or singles.
The mudroom, located on the first floor, has shelves for boots and ski paraphernalia as well as a washer/dryer. A ski closet is located right outside of the separate entrance. Sit on the wrap-around porch where you can take in the fresh mountain air during the day and the stars at night. Plenty of parking available.

The house is located on the mountain just off the Killington access road (but in a private setting). From that point on the access road you can see the slopes. There are 3 ski lodges within 2-3 miles up this same road. The access road is also where you will find restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping etc.
