Beautiful, clean and very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse in a private and semi-gated community of Pelican Cove. There is no pool and only partial ocean view from the third floor bedroom, but it is conveniently situated in Pelican Key within a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach, several restaurants, a piano bar, a mini-mart, a French bakery, a casino, a spa and much more. It is a 10 minute drive to Simpson Bay with a Megaplex movie theater, additional restaurants, shopping, gas station, doctor's clinic and pharmacy. The area is an active jogging and running area, and it is pet and kid friendly. This townhouse has recently been renovated with new Italian ceramic tiles throughout, upgraded kitchen with s/s appliances, upgraded bathrooms with vessel sinks and rain showers, washer and dryer, WiFi ready, Cable TV, A/C and ceiling fans throughout. There is a large open terrace with a covered section ideal for outdoor dining. Maid service is included.
