Along with these are a washer and dryer, cable TV and VCR, high-speed Internet (at no additional charge), fully-equipped kitchen, and many more accouterments to make your stay pleasurable. About Jim

After staying in this beautiful condo in this quite little 35 unit condo complex, we wanted to be able to share our little piece of heaven with others.

Why Jim chose Poipu

A part of my heart always stayed on Kauai, the natural beauty, the wonderful people, and the great aloha spirit kept calling me back. We didn't have a pool and it felt less like family staying in Sunset Kahili is being with Ohana (family)

This was the perfect vacation place for us! We enjoyed being able to walk to Poipu beach, which was not only very close, but had pretty good snorkeling, including a place where we swam with turtles--what a delight!

The condo itself was so comfortable! The bed was comfortable, and the place felt light, airy, clean and homey. We had everything we needed, whether it was kitchen utensils or beach towels. We especially enjoyed being able to sit out on the Lanai, which included a fantastic view, eating our meals and whale watching.

It was a wonderful "home away from home".

This was our 3rd trip to Kauai. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It had all the amenities you need away from home and the location is unbeatable--just a short walk down the street to the beach. The complex is very quiet--we noticed many of the other units seemed vacant, which was great for us! The condo was also very clean. We recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Condo! Everything we needed was in the unit. Nice quiet setting with great ocean views. The "construction special is a great deal. We rarely noticed anything going on so the construction issue was a minimal distraction. Would rent again. Very agreeable owner to work with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

Wonderful condo. I visited my parents here the last 2 years. Location and accommodations are great. Wonderful whale and sunset watching from lanai. The "green flash" is real, saw it myself! Spectacular! Really nice people seem to come back here year after year.

Welcome to Poipu Beach on the Sunny South Shore of Kauai.
Sunset Kahili #306 is a recently remodeled 1 bedroom condo.
This near ocean-front condo has a view right over the pool and straight out to the ocean.The views can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, and bedroom. Watch the sunsets, the dolfins play and, in the winter the whales frolic while setting on the spacious lanai. If I can make your stay more plasent please call me at 1-800-387-0918 ext 21.
