A lovely large studio in a perfectly maintained elevator building, full of light and charm. tastefully furnished and decorated, equipped with a queen bed, sofa bed and chair bed ( all can be used to sleep), TV/cable/Internet access. Separate windowed kitchen, with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and windowed bathroom complete the package. There is a laundry and bike room in the basement. The subway entrance is on the corner- literally steps away. Trains of the red line (1,2,3) will bring you to the Columbus Circle, Time Square or West Village areas in 10-15 minutes. The apartment is in a walking distance from Central Park, Columbia University and Museum of Natural History, the best dining and shopping in town. Several buses run along Broadway and Amsterdam. Getting to a famous Museum mile is a matter of minutes using cross town buses. A pharmacy, supermarket, postoffice, library right on the corner makes the place especially convenient.

The building is located in the heart of Upper West Side in a walking distance from Central Park, Columbia University, Natural History Museum. A Museum mile can be reached by crosstown buses or by foot. The Time Square area, Columbus Circle, West and East Villages are within a short (10-15 min) ride on a subway. Lincoln Center is within a 10 minute subway or a short bus ride. The best shopping and restaurants are around. One of the most expensive prime areas in the city, yet this part of the Upper West Side is youthful and becoming due to proximity to Columbia University.
