Beautifully landscaped antique home on 3 secluded acres with pool and tennis court. Conveniently located off of Long Pond Road 1 mile from town pier, galleries, shops, and restaurants; 2 miles from ocean beaches and Beachcomber nightclub, and just 1/4 mile from Long Pond. Easy access to Cape Cod bike path. Home has been recently updated throughout. Extensive library of books, DVDs, videos, and family games. Poolside gazebo with brick patio, enclosed kitchen garden, charcoal and gas grills, ping pong table in garage, cable TV and Internet. House sleeps 6 to 8 guests and charming garage studio sleeps 2. Elegant, old-world charm. A unique and special property.

What makes this estate unique

Our home is ideal for small family gatherings because of the layout and configuration of the accommodations. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with queen bed. Beside it are two small single adjoining rooms (ideal for small children). Across and through a shared bathroom is large room with separate stairwell to the kitchen that sleeps two (with two single beds that can be pushed together if desired...ideal for another couple or two older children). Downstairs is a separate and private sitting room with fold-out couch and separate bath...good for an older couple, babysitter, or extra guest. There is a charming separate apartment off the garage (which is just across the driveway) with kitchenette and small bathroom that is great for another couple, small family, or older kids. There is also a day bed in the living room for an additional single guest.
