Ideally located off of Long Pond Road 1 mile from town pier, galleries, shops, and restaurants; 2 miles from ocean beaches and Beachcomber nightclub, and 1/4 mile from Long Pond. Easy access to Cape Cod bike path. Home has been recently updated with oak floors throughout and a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Despite all modern conveniences, the house still maintains its elegant, old-world charm. Poolside gazebo with brick patio, vegetable garden, charcoal and gas grills, ping pong table in garage, cable TV and Internet access. Truly a unique and special property!
