The neighborhood offers endless options for shopping, entertainment, bars, restaurants, and galleries. Amazing location and great price!

Family and I spent Spring Break in NYC and were lucky enough to stumble upon this rental in Midtown at a more than reasonable rate. It's a true New York experience without the hassles.

We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen after a long day of site seeing. The seating / dining area was comfortable. Overall the whole place was comfortable and convenient.

Owner was very friendly and responsive. Bonus that he's close by as well. Speaking of close by, there are tons of restaurants nearby as well as the Amish Market grocery.

The place is really close by to the theatre district and restaurant row. The weather in New York was pretty great the week we were there, so we ended up walking pretty much everywhere we needed to go in Midtown. We did make use of Metro cards to get to the Upper Westside and Central Park museums or the Statue of Liberty but most times ended up walking.

Would definitely stay there again when I come back to New York.

The apartment is fantastic! I would highly recommend it to anyone. All three double bedrooms were a really good size and the lounge was great to relax in. The location is just perfect for site seeing....just a short walk from Time Square. My family and I had a wonderful time in NYC and we loved the flexibility of having a lovely apartment.

October stay at Cesar's apartments

Cesar was great in helping us book three of his apartments in total for a wedding party in NYC. The experience was great. The apartments were spacious for inner city and clean. The location to the hub of NYC was also good, as it only took us 5-10 mins to walk into Times Sq. Cesar is always in close proximity ot the apartments if any problems occur. The only tip I could give Cesar is to put mirrors in each of his bedrooms for guests to do make up and hair etc.

We would definately stay at Cesar's apartments again. Thank you.

fabulous!

We're a party of five coming from Belgium, and we stayed in the apartment for 7 days from sept 19th till sept 26th. It was really amazing. The apartment is very comfortable with good furniture, soft beds and very good showers. It's located in a neighbourhood with many restaurants and bars, very close to Times Square and only two blocks away from an important subway station. The owner, Cesar, is very friendly. He gave us excellent information about shops, restaurants and musicals, and he even claimed our lost luggage at the airport. I would like to recommend this apartment to anyone, young and old, who wants to visit New York for sightseeing, shopping and nightlife. I'll most certainly go back!

Too little off all

There were only 3 sitting-places in the sofa. And there vere only 3 dining-chares and one bench at the dining table. It is to little for 6 persons. We also missed some reading light at the beds. The toilet should be repaird and it often stop. In the kitchen there is only 3 teespoons, and we also missed a proberly knife to cut bread and so on, and only 4 drinkingglass. The best of the apartment is the location.
