Our condo can be rented as a studio (1 bath), 1 bedroom (1 bath), or 2 bedroom (2 bath). There is a full kitchen in the 1 and 2 bedroom with everything you need to prepare meals if you wish. The dining area extends into the spacious living room. Sliding glass doors from the living room open to a private balcony with a gorgeous ocean view. The studio has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and private balcony. There is cable television in the living room and both bedrooms. The 2 bedroom condo sleeps a total of 10, with 2 double beds in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Notes: Condo is in a large resort with a restaurant, pool-side bar (summer months only), and convenience store. California Pizza Kitchen is also located in the resort lobby with pizza, sandwiches, drinks, and ice cream. River City Cafe (great sandwiches/burgers) is located adjacent to the waterpark. There are multiple outdoor pools, two lazy rivers, and a waterpark suitable for kids of all ages. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. A full service spa is located inside the resort. There is a fitness center located in the hotel next door which is free of charge for guests. The lobby has a gift shop and computers with internet access. The resort is right on the ocean with easy access to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for a fee. The Sands Kids Club runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day with activities and evening childcare for kids. There is also a small playground next to the hotel. There are restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks next door
