Have you always wanted to have a home large enough to accommodate your extended family for special events (vacations, weddings, anniversary celebrations, etc.)? Or perhaps you have a special group of friends that you love to get together with once a year, but no one single member of the group's house is large enough to accommodate all of you for a weekend. Too, what about the wedding you have coming up and you would love it if all your family could stay together in one homey facility where you could prepare your own meals and relax after the day's activities?
Cottage City Manor House, built in 2007, as a three story home with access to Canandaigua Lake and a beach, may be the answer for your larger than average group. The house can accommodate up to 21 people for sleeping and has several gathering areas for relaxing, visiting, watching TV, etc. Books and board games are available as well as an exercise/game room. There are plenty of nooks and crannies for you to escape to both inside or out, if you are looking for a spot to be alone for awhile.
Whether you are viewing the sunset over the lake or watching snow flakes fall while you warm yourself before the fireplace, you will fall in love with Cottage City Manor House and its surroundings.

Welcome to Sharon's Lakeside Beach House. My name is Sharon Kehoe and I am the new owner of 4570 Lake Drive. I will be continuing to share this lake property with family groups who require up to 24 sleeping accomodations. This is a beautiful spot and will provide much shared enjoyment for your family and friends.
Sharon's Lakeside Beach House is one of several properties that I own and rent. I have done many things in my life including high school teaching, college teaching, lawyering, judging, etc. but one of the activities that has given me the most pleasure is renovating, building, and developing properties and sharing them with others. Hoefully I will be able to share this home with you and your family.
Sharon Kehoe purchased this house in 2007
This was our BEST family vacation stay in Canandaigua! Great house with many amenities in scenic and great location. It was so nice having a large enough house to share with our immediate and extended family. Thank you for the cherished memories Sharon! I would highly recommend.
My brother’s, sister’s, and my families have vacationed together for years. We were happy to find the Cottage City Manor House was plenty big for our group of 15 this summer! We range in age from 3 to 56. The vacation home is spacious and well kept. The kitchens and sitting areas on each floor worked well for our families. The main floor kitchen, eating areas, and sitting areas were large enough to accommodate us for group meals and movie watching and game playing! We ate out a few times too and can recommend the Villager Restaurant & Diner in Canandaigua for breakfast! We also traveled the short distance to Rochester, NY, to eat at the Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse and Sticky Lips Pit BBQ, both highly recommended as well! The town of Canandaigua is charming and quaint and we enjoyed exploring the shops there. The weather cooperated most of the week, and the young adults were excited to get the kayaks and canoe out on the lake almost every day! A few of us older adults even managed to take the paddle boat out onto the lake. We took walks, fished, played yard games, used the outdoor grill, and enjoyed the fire pit one evening when we made mountain pies and s’mores. The little ones in our group enjoyed the Rochester Zoo and a children’s museum. My brother and his wife even traveled to Niagara Falls for a day. My husband and brother enjoyed the dirt track races at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park, and most of us traveled the short distance to the Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack to watch the horse races one afternoon. It was a very relaxing week set in beautiful surroundings. We will definitely consider vacationing there again!
The property for large groups is excellent. Our four children and their families were able to spend the week with us. We were able to take day trips in the FingerLake area and shopping is very close by. The property is in excellent condition and has many amenities for a vacation holiday. Sharon's was very accommodating and was a pleasure to do business with. We would highly recommend a stay at CCMH

We selected Cottage City Manor House for a post-wedding celebration with our families, who are spread across several states and two continents. We were not disappointed. This is a well-appointed, spacious and beautiful house in a superb location. The main kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having two additional kitchens on the basement and second floor. The beds and showers were generally good. Although we were a little disappointed with the amenities in Canandaigua, the lake itself is gorgeous. It was wonderful to take the kayaks out and be on the water as the temperature and humidity rose.
The listing photos don't do justice to this property's appearance and amenities. We would recommend Cottage City Manor House without hesitation.
Sharon, what a perfect place for the family to gather in celebration of our parents and to visit with relatives and friends. Your photos and explanation of amenities was very accurate and being able to ask you questions on the phone helped tremendously so that I knew a family member with physical limitations would be comfortable and safe. Anytime we needed something, it was right at our finger tips. The bedrooms and baths provided comfort and privacy for all family member and there were plenty of places for conversations. My personal favorite is that we all managed to fit around the main dining table for meals. Since we live in different states, including Hawaii, it is not often we are able to spend time together. The location of the house is very convenient to so many activities, Wegman's, andexcellent restaurants. Our home town has certainly grown.
All was better than I could have hoped and being able to meet you when we checked in was a bonus.
My family of 20 needed a large house for our week long reunion and the only down side of this trip was the weather. The house is fabulous and very spacious. We loved the 3 kitchens and the different levels to relax on. We didn't use the boats but the bikes to use where great (look for the Ontario trail path for a fun ride). The house was clean and well stocked and the grounds were wonderful .
You are close enought to town to get anything you need but the small cottage community is like a world away and so quaint. We were stuck with some bad weather but the fireplaces and the great decor helped us enjoy being stuck inside watching movies.
Best vacation spot and it was great dealing with Sharon. Missing it already and so glad we rebooked for
