This condo is located on the second floor and poolside with a view from the balcony. This condo is one of the few 2 bed/2 bath flat condos at Sunscape with vaulted ceilings. The pool is steps from the clubhouse. The golf course lines the condominium complex so you are steps from the golf course. This unit is in the process of being fully remodeled and current pictures will be uploaded upon completion. This property will be professionally designed in a modern contemporary style. This condo will include hardwood floors to all main areas and bedrooms and slate in the bathrooms. There will be dark wood cabinets and granite countertops. There is a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is a 42' plasma in the living room and a 32' plasma in the master bedroom.
