Perfectly suited to accommodate 2 families, with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, there are 3-4 bedrooms and 1 bath and 1 shower on the ground floor and two bedrooms and 2 baths one floor up. Description: 5 Bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 Bath, 1 and 1/2 kitchens, 1 screen porch, 2 decks, 2 outdoor showers with privacy, large grassy backyard, private path to beach, public boardwalk two houses down, 3rd floor and office blocked off, central A/C, ceiling fans in every room, 4 color TVs, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD, 2 refrigerators, icemaker, 3 microwaves, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Beds: 3 queens, 1double, 4 single. This home is managed by the owner.

Beautiful home on Sullivans Island

This is a great home on Sullivans Island for a long weekend, or even multiple weeks, with plenty of room for everyone. We had an wonderful time here and hope we get the chance to come back sometime, preferable in the summer.
Owner's Response: The house is perfect for two families to share. There are two Living Rooms, with one floor hosting the main kitchen and the one floor has a half kitchen with a mircowave and a refrigerator. The sun room is right off of the large deck overlooking beautiful views of the ocean!

What a greaat location. Pictures don't do it justice. House was immaculate, no worry of previous review. Linda is wonderful to work with promptly answered all informtion requests. Kitchen is a nice size for 2 cooks but bring your own pots and pans. The ones there have been too used and need to be replaced. Rest of kitchen dishes, platters, etc are very well supplied. Bedroom and bathrooms are all on the larger side. We had a great time only 15 minutes away from Charleston not to mention the fun that Sullivan's Island has to offer. Great resturants within walking distance (a short car drive for others) and of course the beautiful beach. We plan to return again next year. Thank you Linda for sharing your great beach home with us.
Owner's Response: Between the ocean views and the location this is the perfect location. We love to hear feedback about the house, therefore there is no need to bring pots and pans, we will gladly take an inventory and replace all that is needed.

Waste baskets were not emptied. Barbecue was broken and we had to buy a grate. Dishes were put away and had food on them as well as frying pan and other pots and pans. Base board heaters did not work.
It appeared the house had not been cleaned in a long time. Mold on some of the vents. I would not recomend this property.
