Wonderful Sullivan's Island Beach House

This house was everything that the description said it would be, and it was even larger than I imagined. The owner was very helpful in getting us set up for our trip to the Charleston area. The house was beautiful, and was great for the 12 of us that stayed there for our family reunion/wedding trip. We were a quick walk to the beach, and could even walk in to town for any number of restaurants and shops on Sullivan's Island. Poe's Tavern was great, even when we showed up with about 20 of us! We took advantage of a number of tourist attractions in and around the Charleston area, as well - Patriot's Point, the Charleston Aquarium, Fort Moultrie and Fort Sumter, just to name a few.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to accomodate a larger number of people. (Great kitchen, too!) If you're there, take advantage of the wonderful screened in porch. We sat out there and told many a family story! My only concern was the circular stairway that went between the 2 floors. We had to keep an eye on the 2 year old and the crawling baby around that. But we managed!
It's just a wonderfully comfortable home. Thanks so much to the owner for everything. I hope everyone gets a chance to spend time in this beautiful home. It truly helped make our trip better than expected. Enjoy!
