My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oct.

Bellosguardo has a real charm being quiet and rural but still only a short walk from the centre of Florence and all the sights.

The apartments are in a lovely old building in a lovely old piazza on the top of a hill with views across the city. The garden is lovely and cool for a post sightseeing chill out.

Mario and the local contacts are very helpful

Dieses Domizil eignet sich hervorragend um nach einer anstrengenden Besichtigungstour durch Florenz eine Stätte der Ruhe und Geborgenheit zu genießen. Auch die Stadtnähe war für uns von großer Bedeutung. So ist der Ponte Vecchio nach nach ca 20 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert
Owner's Response: Jede Kritik - und insbesondere eine derart positive - freut uns: denn nur so können wir besser werden und Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt in der wichtigen Ferienzeit bieten.

Schöne Wohnung, aber von Betreuung keine Spur

Wir verbrachten eine aufregende Woche in Florenz und in der Toskana. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und geräumig, aber das Bad ist etwas unpraktisch und sehr klein. Für zwei Presonen ist die Wohnung ausreichend, vier kann ich mir schlecht vorstellen. Der Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum dauert etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten (Dom).
Von der versprochenen Betreuung vor Ort haben wir nichts gemerkt, da die Ansprechpartnerin den Schlüssel einfach im E-Kasten mit Ihrer Handynummer hinterlegte. Wie der Strom zuzuschalten geht und andere Kleinigkeiten müssten wir selbst herausfinden. Zugang zur Terrasse hatten wir keinen, nur den Hinweis, das diese für die andere Wohnung reserviert ist. Der Garten konnte von uns erst nach mehrmaligen Handyanrufen bei der Ansprechpartnerin in Augenschein genommen werden, denn er war verschlossen. Dort standen Sommerstühle zum Gebrauch.
