A charming and secluded retreat with a spectacular view of Canandaigua lake and the surrounding hills. Our property is located on 4 scenic acres in the middle of the Fingerlakes wine country. Each season of the year offers so many reasons to stay at this tranquil spot and watch as nature unfolds before you....the chirping birds and flowering buds of spring; summer's warm days and cooler nights, campfires and water sports; glorious colors and fragrance of autumn; the newly fallen snow on the sleepy winter hills as figures skate on the frozen lake. There are many activities available...a boat launch minutes away, live theater to be enjoyed in Naples at the Bristol Valley theater, fall festivals, foliage cruises on the 'Canandaigua Lady', skiing and snowboarding at Bristol Mountain. You may also be content to just sit on the wraparound deck, observing nature or reading a favorite book.

Myself and 5 other ladies ventured here for a weekend retreat. It as very charming and met our needs nicely. Great views with a great location perfect for winery visits, shopping and all else! We had a wonderful time. Thanks to the owners for sharing this little prize with others!

This property is beautiful! We held our Thanksgiving for 2008 here and it was absolutely enjoyable. The house is so clean and well-maintained, very cozy atmosphere and the fire place adds so much to the charm. The owners truly thought of everything. This was a wonderful retreat with all the amenities. Definitely a spot to come back to at any season. Our party had an amazing stay at this extremely private and scenic house. The beauty of the lake is just outside your door and the view is spectacular, and no picture can do justice to the lake and surroundings.
Lovely house! Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant one. Looking forward to visit again.
