There is a large Loft/Media Room on the third floor with private deck and large Hot Tub. The Loft/Media Room has a 60 inch wide-screen with surround sound, and DVDs. There is an oversized leather sofa, sleeper sofa and a comfortable inflatable bed for overflow sleeping. Floor to Ceiling windows and a large living room The Guest House has two private bedrooms and a 30 x 15 foot sleeping loft. There are a total of 8 beds in the Guest House with extra space in the loft for an additional 2 queen size inflatable beds (making a total of 10 'beds'!). The Guest House has it's own private entrance, large sunny deck with gas BBQ, private 6 person Hot Tub, Full Kitchen, Dining, and large Living Room. DishNetwork TV and high-speed wireless internet connection are provided. The GUEST HOUSE can accommodate up to 12 guests.
