Great getaway with friends

Let me begin by stating this is the second year we have returned to Hidden Springs for our Dollywood/Gatlinburg getaway. I am a researcher & we found this subdivision to be ideal with its views, variety of rentals, nearby pool, pleasant landscaping & well kept roads. I have a fear of heights = here I have no worry traveling up & down to the rental in all types of weather.
This home has a perfect split bedroom layout with a bedroom on either side of the living area & each with its own TV & luxurious bath. I have a spinal issues = I slept very well on the very comfortable mattress. The linens were all very clean & the towels were plentiful. The house is beautifully maintained / tastefully decorated to complement the mountain setting. It has both a pastoral & mountain view from a very private balcony; a downhill, empty lot abuts the building. There is ample & safe off-road parking just by the front entrance. The pool table, games, books, DVDs etc. provide indoor entertainment if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies should you wish to cook. The heat worked quickly & warmed the unit nicely for our record setting 48 degree nights, something all four chilled, adult tourists appreciated. Two minor complaints: bedroom TVs had no satellite reception yet main room was fine (we were all too tired to care); the one (!) small cake of soap per bathroom shared between shower, sink and jacuzzi = cleaning needs to provide two.
Unfortunately, we had a very brief stay of only 3 days/2 nights. We tried to see just about everything the area has to offer & spent little time here. The weather was unseasonably cold / rainy; it was so raw & dismal, we never got to use the "hot tub".(Locate the nearby Walmart & Dollar Tree = buy some inexpensive, disposable wet weather/water ride gear.) We tried to plan our touring with the weather forecast which was 50% wrong. Despite it being May, we wished we had brought some extra sweaters / fleece jackets since the nights were very cool.
We ('seniors') recommend; Gatlinburg Aquarium (great for all!) & Ripley sideshows nearby; Titanic (much reading =not for young); Dollywood (all shows within park); Wonderworks (crowded, noisy, unusual interactive exhibits but fun for all); "Zorb" (unique experience but $$$).
Food...we were very rushed. Dollywood eateries just okay but have 'funnel cakes'; Bennett's Barbeque really good.
(Do visit one of the tourist centers for maps, brochures & coupons.)
An A+++ vacation; will return

Owner's Response: If I know there is any problem at all, I am on top of it immediately. Please let me know if the TV or anything has an issue. That is what I am here for, but I cant things if I
am not made aware. The TV Satelites were reset. It took all of 5 minutes to fix.
