VERMONT....BEAUTIFUL ANYTIME! LUXURY 3BR HOME ON REC PATH, GREAT LOCATION!

Stowe Townhome Rental Photos and Description

3 BR, 2.75 Baths, Modern Kitchen, Sleeps 6

This wonderful Resort Home is located just off the Mountain road, less than 2 miles from town and 5 miles from the base of Stowe Mountain Resort. There are three restaurants, a Spa and several shops within 5 minutes' walking distance on the path.

The home features hardwood floors, granite counters, a tiled shower in the Master Bath, LCD television in the living room and DVD players, Bose sound dock, fine furniture, complimentary high speed Internet access and air conditioning for summertime.

The sliding glass doors in the dining room, provide access to a large deck for dining, grilling or just relaxing with a cocktail, while taking in the beautiful view of Mt. Mansfield.

Getting To and Around Stowe: Getting to Stowe is easy, and you’ll enjoy an extraordinary landscape on the way. Once here, a car is convenient but not entirely necessary. The Stowe Trolley is FREE in winter and runs regularly between Stowe village and the resort, with abundant stops along the way. Want a night on the town, but don't want to drive? Call Peg’s Pick Up at 802-253-9490.

Stowe Culture:: Whether you’re interested in fine wine or big air (or both), Stowe delivers. It’s a multi-dimensional community with many interesting personalities and things to do. Stowe Theatre Guild, Stowe Performing Arts, and the Helen Day Art Center keep the Arts on center stage year round. Many wine, food, art, and activity festivals take place throughout the year in Stowe, also. Whether your passion is Hot Air Ballooning, Wine, Music, Dance, Flower Gardens, Fine Art, Antique British cars, Oktoberfest celebrations, or ice sculpture carving, Stowe truly offers something for everyone!

Stowe Skiing: Stowe is the quintessential New England Ski Village, and Stowe Mountain Resort is the Ski Capital of the East! The addition of a new inter-mountain transfer lift, new trails, a new beginner area, high-speed detachable quads and new fully-automated snowmaking on Spruce Peak has reinforced Stowe Mountain Resort's position as the East's premier skiing & snowboarding resort.

Guestbook comments from the manager
Will just let you know everything was outstanding! If we opt to repeat our visit next year, we would certainly stay at the same facility. Your assistance in making our "in" and "out" so easy was much appreciated.

A Happy New Year to you!

Many thanks again.

Golf: Stowe Country Club:

In the heart of Stowe, you'll find the Stowe Country Club. The Club offers players a tour through the rich history of golf in Vermont. Located on a turn-of-the-century dairy farm, its clubhouse residing in the original brick farmhouse, the 6,200-yard layout tests the skill of any player. The 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains, the long temperate summer days, and the feeling that everything is going your way makes each shot a memory to cherish. It is also the home of the Vermont Golf Academy, which offers a variety of instructional sessions designed to polish every aspect of your game.
