This property is a very private luxury residence that was designed by the premier architect in Deer Valley. There exist three levels of the home that allow space for adults and children separately if desired. It is situated in a private neighborhood but easy access to skiing or a nice walk to Park City.

Some specifics: Driveways are maintained during snow season to allow a clear and safe drive. Commanding views from every room of Deer Valley and Park City ski operations. Large enough residence to accommodate a small group or extended family. the house is 6,719 sq feet of heated space. Every bedroom has gas fireplace and full video equipment. Gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped. Wine cellar and chiller located in the residence. Beautiful deck area for grilling and relaxing after skiing. Back yard is an open range space where you can see wildlife. Three car garage is attached to the residence.
