  • Reservation Fee: $300.00 collected at time of booking which will be applied to 1st mnth rent.
  • Your pet will be considered. A $50.00 (per pet) non-refundable charge will be required.
    First months rent is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, full rent is due with signed Rental Agreement. Rent is based on double occupancy. Guest are welcome, however, for stays over 7 days, additional rent will be charged.
    All rates include: Electric,Water,Sewer,Trash, Basic Cable, & Local Phone Service.
    Cleaning fee of $75. is non-refundable.
    Fee Structure: To be paid at time of booking; Reservation Fee $300., Non-refundable Cleaning Fee $75. Non-refundable pet fee $50. (per pet).
    To guarantee your reservation, the signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 10 days of receiving Rental Agreement.
  • Cancellations: In case of cancellation of a reservation prior to signing a rental agreement, $200. will be deducted from your Reservation Fee. The Pet and Cleaning fees will be returned. In case of a signed Rental Agreement, the Tenant is obligated to fulfill all terms of the lease unless a replacement tenant is found.

Notes: Green Valley is primarily a retirement community, one resident /tenant must be at least 55 years of age or over. Pets will be considered, a non-refundable charge of $50.00 is required. Smoking is not allowed inside this townhome, but for those who enjoy their tobacco, there are two very nice patios for you to use. Green Valley Recreation (GVR) privileges are available for a nominal charge. GVR offers 12 centers located throughout Green Valley and provide such activities such as fitness, swimming, tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, & bocce ball. GVR also offers over 150 different choices of non-credit classes from aerobics to yoga, from bridge to watercolors, and everything in between, not to mention there is over 55 special interest clubs to join. You should never be bored in Green Valley except by choice.
