Normandy FRANCE: Historically significant and stunningly beautiful, Normandy boasts too many sites to mention: abbeys, basilicas, cathedrals, chateaux; battles grounds, museums, paintings, tapestries; beaches, golf courses, horse tracks, sailing races, markets …. Normandy is home to some of the most significant battle sites of World War II: Omaha and Utah Beaches, where the allies landed in June 1944. Additionally, Normandy hosts the Belle-Epoque sea-side resorts of Deauville and Trouville. Nearby Honfleur, situated on the mouth of the Seine, is considered by many to be France’s most beautiful town. Horses are the pride of Normandy – this bucolic area is known for its equestrian trade: breeding, dressage, saddlery, riding and competitions.
We offer our guests: Upon your arrival at the center of Quetteville we will escort you right into our property and help you settle into your 2,000 square feet (200 m2) Normandy home. We will provide you with a tour of your home, the extensive grounds surrounding the property and the functionality of all equipment. Additionally we provide a collection of wonderful area restaurants which we recommend and which have been recommended by previous guests. The rental price includes telephone for local calls, electricity, linen, silverware, glassware, china, towels, spices and more.
