If you have not been to Panama City lately, you will be amazed at all the new restaurants, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. This is a no smoking, no pet unit and you must be 23 years of age to rent. Come and create a vacation memory, we guarantee you will return!
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: *Half of the rate is due to reserve the unit. The unit is normally rented from Sat to Sat during spring and summer. Nightly rates are available as well. Full payment plus 10.6% Florida Taxes is required 21 days prior to arrival. There is also a $250.00 damage deposit due with final payment. Personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, certified checks and credit cards are accepted. If there is less than 21 days before arrival, then payment must be made by credit card, money order or certified check. *No refunds for early departures with the exception of forced weather related evacuations by Panama City Beach Authorities. *In the event of cancellation for any reason, we will make every attempt to re-rent the unit. Any rental obtained during your vacancy will be credited to your account.
